The new millennium was ushered in by a dramatic technological revolution. We now live in an increasingly diverse, globalized, and media-saturated society. Couple that with all of the school shootings, cheating by both students and teachers, and now, even questioning the use of gender-identification. It seems evident that today’s problems are growing more complex.
It’s not difficult to recognize a tremendous decline of Biblical values in our overall society. So, what can we do to help our children navigate this new world? I encourage you to look to the Ten Commandments.
You can’t find better guidance for teaching our children how to live a successful life. So, why not begin by teaching the Ten Commandments to your own children? You can find them in the second book of the Old Testament, Exodus chapter 20. Imagine how much society could be transformed if we simply lived our lives according to these guidelines.
