“…that we might receive adoption as sons.” Galatians 4:5
Jesus didn’t just free us from sin– He brought us into God’s family. Adoption means belonging. It means being chosen. It means having a Father who won’t abandon you.
So many people spend their lives chasing belonging– in relationships, achievements, or approval. But through Christ, God says, “You belong to Me.” And “You belong to WE” (The body of Christ).
This Christmas, don’t miss that truth: you are not just forgiven. You are adopted as God’s child. You are family and God is our Father.
It changes everything when we come to know through faith that we really are God’s adopted child.
