7:45 AM – Registration opens
8:00 AM – Buffet breakfast, driving range, putting greens
9:00 AM – Speaker, announcements, and players to carts
9:30 AM – Shotgun start
2:45 PM – Afternoon buffet, prizes, raffle, and silent auction
